Our House Pizza at Baker Miller
Rachel Post- one of Chicago's Premier Pizza Slingers will be grilling pizzas and giving guests a glimpse into her journey- Our House Pizza.
She's collaborating with Baker Miller to source family farmed grains that will be incorporated throughout the meal from start to finish.

SALAD:
Seasonal Greens, Roasted Spring Vegetables, Baker Miller Granola, Pickle Brine Vinaigrette,
PIZZA:
Golden Beets, Ricotta Sauce, Pickled Rhubarb, Yogurt
Spring and Winter Greens, House Mozzarella, Egg Yolk, Parmesan
DESSERT:
Baker Miller Malted Barley Shake blended with Black Dog Gelato and served with a warm stone-cut Oat Cookie
