Much Ado About Nothing
It's a classic battle of the sexes in one of Shakespeare's most beloved comedies, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING. Presented by the award winning Thespian Troupe 7444 at Beacon Charter High School for the Arts on May 1, 2, and 3, this raucous battle of wits and love will have you in stitches.
Set in the roaring 20's by director Dawn Souza and designer Jason Robert LeClair, the students are taking Shakespeare to a new level. Come and see the witty and wonderful Beatrice come toe to toe with the confirmed bachelor Benedick. The story surrounds soldiers and nobles caught up in a twisting and turning plot of mistaken identities and comedic matchmaking.
Throughout it all, you'll laugh out loud at the Keystone Cop antics of Dogberry and his deputies as they try and keep the prince's citizens in order while he's in town.

Tickets are $10 for the general public and just $5 for seniors and students.
