For the first time ever dane101.com is happy to present Whedonesque Burlesque, a night where burlesque performers from Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago will put a unique twist on some of your favorite characters. We'll have more details on those performers shortly, but until then here are details on how the night will break down.
9 p.m. Doors to "The Bronze" open.
9:30 p.m. The Host will read the auras of a select number of individuals performing karaoke.
10 p.m. The performances! A dozen burlesque performances over two hours.
Midnight: A Whedonesque dance party featuring DJ Emily Mills
We expect this event will sell out as this is a small space. Please buy your tickets in advance. All of the revenue from sales will go to our performers.
Audience costumes are encouraged and will be judged.
