Friday Supper Club at the Cannery
Please join us as Cannery Executive Chef and Oakland pop-up pro Jeff Rosen creates a memorable supper for your dining pleasure.
BACON-FEST 2015
Three course Dinner includes:
*Chef's choice bacon-y snack
*Herb roasted Zuckerman Farms asparagus with brown sugar-candied Nueskies bacon, oven dried cherry tomatoes, crispy Spring onions and Meyer lemon-chive emulsion. Sloooow cooked and grilled Heritage Pork shoulder, Sweet and Sour red cabbage, Corn spoon pudding, Marin Sun Farms bacon-onion "jam"
(Vegetarian option: English pea cakes with shaved fennel, arugula and chanterelle salad and fava bean pesto)
*Banana custard "napoleon" with white chocolate, phyllo crisps, and chocolate covered 4505 bacon garnish
Includes lemonade, ice tea and coffee
