Tricolor Silkscreened Summer Beach Bags
The cloth beach bag is a staple of summer, from a day trip to the Rockaways to a stroll through Central Park. But does your go-to summer bag truly reflect your own style?
Join artist and author of Water-based Screenprinting Today, Roni Henning, for an afternoon-long, hands-on workshop in the use of the Reduction Method of silkscreen printing to create three-color beach bags. Covering all the basics for those unfamiliar with the process, this workshop uses only non-toxic, solvent free inks, and practices environmentally safe printing methods. With varying levels of difficulty, anyone from beginner to expert can learn new screenprinting techniques to create a summer accessory reflecting a personal style.
