The Joy of Cheese d.b.a Beer and Cheese Blast Present The Blues
How blue do you go? Please join us January 4 at d.b.a Bklyn for our annual survey of the finest blue cheeses available and wonderful beers to match them. We will try five or six fantastic and in some cases rare blues plus one or two non blues just to let your palette recover. These seven cheeses will be paired with superb brews chosen from the rarefied precincts of the d.b.a beer list. The fun starts at 7:30, runs till about 8:45, and tickets are $25.
