Smoke & Glory - Smoked Brisket Showdown

Join us at high noon on Sunday, April 3rd at Steinbeck's Ale House as chefs from Makan, Rathbun's, Eat me-Speak Me, Bocca Lupo, Kimball House, Rising Son, St. Cecilia, General Muir, Farm Burger, Brick Store Pub, Gu's Dumplings, Taqueria del Sol, The Hyatt Regency, Illegal Food, Seed Kitchen & Bar, Wrecking Bar, Leon's, Local 3, and Holeman & Finch Public House compete in a no-holds-barred smoked brisket cook-off like no other. Celebrity judges will be on hand to rate the competitors, with the help of the people. There will be live music and proceeds benefit the Giving Kitchen and the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Tickets are $60.00 per person and that gets you unlimited craft beer (from: Three Taverns, Bells, Sierra Nevada, Creature Comforts, Burnt Hickory, Green Flash, Orpheus, Southbound, Second Self, Ballast Point, Sweetwater, Terrapin, Wild Heaven, & Wicked Weed) and tastes of all entries. Yes, seriously.
