Children's Workshop:Mapmaking
Have fun exploring the trails and gardens of Bloedel while creating a mixed-media map of your adventure. We will spend most of our time outside immersing ourselves in the sights and sounds of nature, learning how to translate our experience into a unique visual record. All materials provided but if you have any favorite drawing materials, please bring them. Each student will take his or her map home. Students should wear hat/sunscreen and appropriate walking shoes and bring a snack and water bottle.
