(Old) Northwest Washington Farm to Table Trade Meeting
Grow your business with new market connections between local buyers and producers!
This year, we are expanding to focus on Skagit, Island and Whatcom County success stories, feature supply-chain panels and speakers, and offer you one-on-one meetings with buyers seeking new products.
A light lunch and late afternoon tasting of wines made from locally grown fruit is included.
Hosted by Sustainable Connections, Cascade Harvest Coalition and Northwest Agriculture Business Center, with sponsorship support from Grow Northwest Magazine, Haggen, Inc and the Community Food Co-op.
Zero Waste RECYCLE/COMPOST POLICY for Food Vendors:
All cups, bottles, and utensils must be either recyclable or compostable (any paper or biodegradable plastic) NO STYROFOAM. No plastic cutlery. Please supply biodegradable cutlery only for 2011. Most standard paper plates/cups and bottles meet this requirement.
