DINNERfix 'I C Thys Fish'
This months Dinnerfix is themed 'I C Thys Fish' based on the Jesus fish symbol we have all seen on car bumpers. This month Chef Ari Stern and Chef Jay Ralston bring you fish dishes even Jesus couldn't make better. The cost is $75 per person for a multicourse dining experience amidst the current gallery exhibition. The menu is subject to change and seasonal availability, but is as follows:
1-scallop carpaccio with orange teryaki and chicken wing meat
2-trio of tartars
3-mackerel in the middle, pickles that dance
4-salad of butter lettuce, crab and blood orange
5-roasted tuna, soy beans and green tobasco
6-shrimp toast of the town and his lobster homie with tomato olive butter
7-ice cream, love it or hate it
8-boulliabaise with piripiri aioli
9-dessert by ManBakesCake
Wine pairings by Cole Schaffer will be interesting and well thought out for $35 additional per person, or guests are welcome to order beverages ala carte.
