Meeting location: 155 Hayes Construction Trailer
Emerald Fund, along with architect Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB), transformed the 400-foot, 1974 brutalist AAA office tower into 418 gleaming new apartments through a reskinning and a top-to-bottom renovation. 100 Van Ness is the first of three adjacent Emerald Fund/SCB projects in Civic Center. In total, 1000 apartments will be developed and a new 24/7 neighborhood will come into being. Join Marc Babsin and Chris Pemberton for a tour of 100 Van Ness and a casual lunch atop the one-of-a-kind roof deck that offers breathtaking views of most of San Francisco.
