Come to Threes Brewing for the April edition of Top Shelf Tuesdays to explore the mysterious and misrepresented spirit called Cognac. Join spirits guru Chris Hiatt and importer Nicolas "Captain Cognac" Palazzi as four artisanal, family produced examples will be tasted and discussed. You too may even want to start rapping about the stuff! Leave your ascot and smoking jacket at the door, tuck in to a Cognac based cocktail, and nibble on cheese by Saxelby Cheesemongers.
