Tom, owner and Master Brewer of Earth, Bread & Brewery located on Germantown Avenue in Mount Airy, is a revered Brewer for many years and a master of the various styles of beers and ales that are available today. We are living in a golden age of selections that are both traditional from European origins and modern using creative ingredients with old world styles. Tom will take you on a tasting tour of various styles that he has created at his brew house and restaurant.
