Tastes & Tales of Terra Madre
Chef Louis Maldonado and family farmer Yael Bernier will regale us with stories from the international Slow Food gathering in Italy, as we dine under the oaks in the Dry Creek Valley.
The meal will be prepared by Louis and Yael and Sonoma County North leaders and will feature products from local producers. The evening will include a silent auction for a "100-Mile Dinner for Eight" served in the winner's home, and will be accompanied by live music. All funds raised will support sending delegates to Terra Madre 2016, and our chapter's 5 projects.
