French Cooking with Chef Jean True
Prairie Path Books is thrilled Chef Jean True will be leading this class. Jean is a former student of Jacques Pepin and was owner of a catering company for 32 years in the western suburbs. For this special cooking demo, she will be preparing recipes from French Comfort Food written by Hillary Davis. Davis has brought together her favorite comfort food recipes from France, with a hope that they will inspire and charm you, showing just how fabulous good home-cooked food from France can be.
