DIY Holidays: Chutney
Sean Timberlake, the masterful instructor from our infusions and liqueurs class last month, is back in time for one more holiday workshop! This time he is teaming up with Alison McQuade of McQuade's Celtic Chutneys to offer a hands-on immersion class about chutney. Alison and Sean will start with a little history, explaining exactly why these delicious spicy-tart-condiment-things are so darn good with holiday food. Then they will lead you through making two chutneys right there in 18 Reasons. To top things off, you get to go home with an 8oz jar of your handiwork. Sign up quick - seats are going fast.
