SPORK Pop-Up Supper Club
Thursday December 9 and Friday December 10. One seating per night at 7PM (doors open 6:30) and the format will be a prix fixe seven course plated menu. Price is $38/per person plus gratuity ($44 total). Wine and other beverages will be on an a la carte basis and we'll have a curated wine selection for you.

organic honeycrisp apple w/ kimchi puree, Carlton applewood bacon, miso cream cheese, organic arugula
fresh Pacific dungeness crab, La Quercia lardo, local brioche
crispy Carlton Farms pork belly + fried Willapa Bay oyster salad, local golden pea shoots, celery, green tomato
roasted enoki, shitake, and oyster mushrooms w/ pistachio
Thai sausage and glass noodle stuffed Draper Valley boneless grilled chicken thigh, shaved Brussels sprouts, ginger scallion soy
pork au torchon, cornbread puree, pickled sunchoke
coconut sweet potato pie, citrus coconut reduction
