Stir the Pot Dinner: Monday, April 20 at Bridge Club
Stir the Pot is a set of two dinners that benefit the Southern Foodways Alliance.
Chef Ashley Christensen of Poole's Diner in Raleigh, NC, will host Ryan Prewitt, chef and partner at Peche Seafood Grill in New Orleans. Ryan was honored with a James Beard Award in 2014 for Best Chef: South, and Peche Seafood Grill was awarded Best New Restaurant.
On Sunday night, April 19, Ryan will team up with Ashley's staff to prepare a five-course meal, served with wine pairings. And on Monday night, April 20, Ashley will host a potluck to thank Ryan for his work.
Tickets for the Monday night potluck, priced at $35 each, are being sold here. Guests should purchase a ticket and bring a dish to share. The event will be hosted at Ashley's new private event club, Bridge Club.
