NYC Pizza Safari: Learning to Love Your Vegan

My name is Scott and I have been conducting tours of NYC's culturally significant pizzerias for nearly three years (www.ScottsPizzaTours.com). My vegan brother Jonathan is visiting from Los Angeles and I want to share some pizza with him, but I've had trouble opening my mind to the concept of non-traditional pizza. In preparation for Jon's visit, I've been trying vegan pizza all over town. Some of it has been less than exciting and some has really blown me away.

I made it my goal to find pizza that was delicious first and vegan second.

What's a pizza safari?
