Taste of Art: English Tea Time
Explore the history and traditions of English tea from the 17th through the 19th centuries with Maite Gomez-Rejon of ArtBites. After discussing paintings and decorative arts in the Huntington's galleries that reflect the domestic rituals of tea, participants will head to the kitchen to prepare and enjoy a traditional afternoon tea complete with finger sandwiches, scones, clotted cream and jam.
SALES POLICY: Tickets are not sold at the door for this event. The instructor requires a final numbers count ahead of time for supplies.
