TAG's Holiday & Scholarship Lunch
Kick off the Holiday season in style with TAG's heart warming scholarship program while enjoying a delicious French American Holiday Lunch in the intimate setting of the Bellingham Technical College restaurant. Seating for this event is limited so sign up early to secure a seat.
This year the generosity of TAG members and guests has provided five scholarships to students in technology programs at: Western Washington University's Computer Science department; and WWU Vehicle Research Institute; Whatcom Community College, Northwest Indian College, and Bellingham Technical College.
The menu provides a Gourmet French American Holiday Buffet including:
- Chicken and pork pate with caramelized onions and cranberry relish
- Bisque of lobster and Hubbard squash
- Christmas salad with winter greens, dried cherries, pecans and a golden beet vinaigrette
- Sweet glazed carrots with celery root and fennel
- Roast chicken with rutabaga and sweet potato
- Roast fresh ham, stuffed with savory rice and prunes
- Wine smoked leg of lamb with green beans and fried turnips
- Compote of preserved fruits over fried bread pudding
This signature TAG program is always a popular event. We ask that you register and make a payment by November 30, 2010 to reserve a seat.
