Varla Jean Merman's The Loose Chanteuse
Direct from filming her new feature film entitled "Varla Jean & The Mushroomheads", Varla returns to Los Angeles in this all new show. Miss Merman spices up the gig with the appearance of Tom Judson aka "Gus Mattox" on piano. Come hear the Ambien sounds of Varla Jean! THE LOOSE CHANTEUSE features new videos, saucy songs and dazzling dresses. The show is written by Jeffery Roberson and Jacques Lamarre and produced by Mark Cortale.
This past May Varla Jean won the Boston Critics' Elliot Norton Award for Outstanding Musical Performance for her portrayal of Christine Daae in the Gold Dust Orphan's production of "Phantom of the OPRAH".
