Hazelnut Porter Brewing *New Date 12/12
Have you ever tried a new beer only to find that, despite it's classy labeling or provocative description, it was just disappointing? Why not see how it's done and make a beer that you like?! Come and experience the art of home brewing and participate in the brewing of a holiday-inspired Hazelnut Porter. You'll learn the basics of preparation, sanitization, and how to generate your own recipe using malt extract and grain!
Taught by JV, who is a recent transplant from Southern California and has experience with commercial wine and beer production, as well as experience with mead making.
Bring a few beer bottles to take your hooch home in, Homespun has a supply to offer as well.
Class $15 to $35, additional Material Fee $10.
