From television's Roseanne and Seinfeld to Hollywoods silver screen in the films Untamed Heart, The Truman Show. Veteran of The Improv and The Comedy Store, Joe Minjares comes out of retirement to make a rare standup appearance. Reflecting on his experience growing up a Chicano in Minnesota, Joe's asks the questions "Assimilation. How'm I doing?"
