Developed by Raising an Emotionally Intelligent Child author Dr. John Gottman, this process helps your child learn how emotions work and how to behave when feelings are strong - skills that help them thrive socially and academically.

Come learn with parent educator and co-founder of GROW Parenting Melissa Benaroya, LICSW, and a small group of other parents.

This class is ideal for parents of children 2-12 years old.
