The Firestarters at Death & Taxes: Jason Stanhope

The Firestarters is a pop-up dinner series ushering in the latest projects from AC Restaurants, Death & Taxes and Bridge Club. Throughout the month of April, we're inviting some of the best chefs in the South to cook with us in our space.

Jason Stanhope is the executive chef of FIG in Charleston, which has set the standard for fine-dining in that city (and beyond) for over a decade. Stanhope's devotion to local ingredients and detailed technique define his remarkable menu. For two nights only, Jason will take over the grill at Death & Taxes.

This special dinner begins with a special champagne and cocktail reception hosted by Ashley at Bridge Club, on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Guests will enjoy a tour of the events loft, plus libations and snacks previewing the forthcoming menu. Then guests will head downstairs to Death & Taxes for a 4-course dinner prepared by Jason, with wine pairings from beverage director Matt Fern. Tickets can be purchased for 6 p.m. or 8 p.m. seatings. Tickets are inclusive of tax and gratuity. Due to the very limited capacity of these events, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
