Every month, CULTUREfix will host a private dinner party that will provide to our guests a fine dining experience, in the intimate setting of our bar and art gallery.

Menu:
Amuse: Oyster with blood orange jalepeno granitee
1st course: Red Snapper Carpaccio with radish salad, and Lemon Emulsion
2nd course: Seafood sausage with herb puree
3rd course: Mystery course
4th course: Red wine poached fillet of beef with vegetables ala greque and romesco sauce
Cheese course: Smiths Cheddar with sliced heirloom apple
5th course: Turkey, confit leg with crouton de abats, cheastnut bread stuffing, with cranberry jelly, cranberry compote and herb gravy
Dessert: Duo of Cupcakes, pumpkin pie AND Rum Apple
