XOCO dinner at Half Acre taproom
Rick Bayless and his Frontera group have been championing authentic Mexican flavors in our city for a long time. We're excited to have XOCO Bistro, their latest restaurant, serve food at our taproom for this Yucatan feast. The Xoco team will slowly roast a couple of suckling pigs overnight in their wood-burning oven and serve tacos of said slowly-roasted pig in our taproom the following evening.
Here's the full Menu:
- Welcome Beer cocktail.
- Sikil pak "hummus" with veggies, chips and salsa
- 3 Cochinita Pibil (suckling pig) tacos
- Coconut Rice Pudding dessert.
Tickets are $40 and include four half pints.
Two seatings: 6-8 and 8:30 to 10:30
