The 6th Annual Chocolate Dinner Benefiting the Programs at The Audubon Center at Bent of the River
Co-Sponsored by New Morning Natural & Organic and The Heritage Hotel
Featuring an Inspired Creole Cuisine with dark chocolate accents of the Caribbean created by The Provender at New Morning. Explore a festive buffet from Crayfish Etouffee in Phyllo Cups to Chunky Chicken Gumbo, to All Fools Chocolate Cake with Purple, Yellow, Green Icing- the traditional colors of Mardi Gras. Enjoy three Connecticut vineyards: Hopkins of New Preston; Walker Road of Woodbury and White Silo of Sherman.
The Connecticut Zydecats will set the tone with a hot mixture of Louisiana Cajun, Creole, blues and R&B-played throughout the evening.
