Miles James + Alexandria Nicole Cellars
The dearly departed Dot's Delicatessen may be just a fond memory now, but chef/owner Miles James hasn't gone anywhere. In fact, for the first time since his Fremont bistro closed last June, he's bringing his talents back into the kitchen to cook a menu* of his own design: a multi-course menu featuring the bounty of this year's early spring and thoughtfully paired wine selections from Alexandria Nicole Cellars.
A cocktail reception begins at 630p, followed by a seated dinner around 7p.
The dinner takes place at Gate Valve Studio, perched above Esquin in SODO. There is no dress code, but the general attire usually leans towards upscale casual to dressy.
This is a 21+ event.
