Expression Productions presents the Bay Area premiere of Match, by Stephen Belber. In this 2004 Broadway play, a Seattle couple, Mike and Lisa, have traveled to New York to interview dancer, choreographer and now Julliard professor Tobi Powell, ostensibly for research on a book, but the couple's growing discomfort and probing personal questions soon signal a different, darker agenda.
The play's climate creates an impact that is a unique blend of catharsis and enlightenment. Match presents Stephen Belber at his best.
