Radical Polyamory (Good Vibrations- Brookline)
We live in a world that places the heterosexual, monogamous marriage as the golden ticket of relationship success -- but there are so many more options! Julianne Carroll, sex educator and activist for social change, will help you explore how polyamory can expand mainstream society's notions of relationships, love, gender, and family. You'll also learn about different kinds of polyamory, relationship agreements, creating emotional safety, confronting jealousy, and developing the capacity to love many people in different ways. There will also be plenty of conversation, so bring your experiences, your questions, and an open mind. Julianne is a San Francisco based sex and relationship educator, and has been practicing polyamory for several years. She is currently working on her Master's degree in sexuality studies at San Francisco State University.
