Join Chef Serena Palumbo at the French Culinary Institute as she demonstrate how to prepare a seasonal Italian meal, using classic ingredients.
Chef Palumbo is host of "Italian Cooking", and was recently a contestant on the Food Network's "Next Food Network Star".
Tickets to the event include food & wine.
All proceeds go to support the AIWF's educational programs.
