Open Kitchen's Seafood 101
Seafood adds a special touch to any meal and it's surprisingly quick and simple to prepare when you know how. In this hands-on lunch class, Chef Christopher Carey will show you how to steam, braise, and barbecue fish and shellfish to perfection. These skills will help you create seafood meals simple enough to whip up midweek and sensational enough to add flair to any gathering.
