KPCC Play Reading Series - THERE OR HERE
In partnership with KPCC, Pacific Stages presents a live staged reading of THERE OR HERE by playwright Jennifer Maisel.
A couple outsources their pregnancy to a surrogate in India in Jennifer Maisel's provocative and moving new dramatic comedy. Nothing is off limits in this non-stop ride through the endless possibilities of outsourcing including customer service, phone sex, and even drive-thru dining. Pacific Stages' Associate Artistic Director Robert Bailey directs Deepti Gupta, Aly Mawji, Sarayu Rao, Laura Jane Salvato, Susan Sullivan & Bernard White.
