Homemade Condiments
Many commercial condiments contain unhealthy or unwanted ingredients. In this class you will learn the simplicity and nutritional benefits of homemade condiments. We will make butter, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish from scratch. Enjoy these condiments in your everyday cooking, or make them to give away as gifts. Please bring small glass jars if you would like to take home some samples!
This class will be taught in the new Oakland Bike shop, Homespun!
