The Joy of Cheese Presents Red, White and Beer vol. 2
One solid sign of how far American cheesemaking has come in recent decades is the proliferation of great alpine cheeses. Some are from Vermont, others from Wisconsin, even Long Island and Michigan are getting into the fray. Please join us Wednesday November 17 at 7:30 at Culturefix as we explore these new wonderful cheeses and see which beverage they pair best with. Each attendee will receive a sample serving of red wine, white wine and a beer. We'll tally the results at the end of the evening and send them to Nate Silver for analysis.
