The Joy of Cheese Six Pack Presents The Dark Side
Autumn is a perfect time for the dense, rich, nutty flavors of alpine cheeses and they are an ideal match for the dark rich flavors of porters, stouts and other darker brews. Please join us Tuesday November 16 at d.b.a Brooklyn for a survey of seven of each. I'll present seven cheeses and Ray Deter will present seven beers chosen to match them. Good times are guaranteed!
