The Joy of Cheese Presents Way Beyond the Obvious
Our knowledge of Swiss cheese has a lot of holes in it. In the first of three tastings celebrating the wondrous, nutty joys of alpine cheeses, we'll survey the best cheeses of Switzerland and other great alpine delights. Yes, it'll be nutty, but also creamy, grassy, malty and meaty. Good stuff, indeed. Please join us November 9 at 7:30 at Clerkenwell. I'll present eight cheeses (and one mystery) and attendees are welcome to drink what they please. Tickets are $25 and you pay for your drinks separately.
