I loved this book because it's not just about mindless tossing - she believes it's valuable and cleansing to mindfully consider whether this THING actually brings you joy NOW.
She asks you to switch from a negative mindset ("what was I THINKING when I bought this??") over to apositive one: Why not be thankful for the optimistic person you are/were, buying that complicated pasta maker with grand plans?!
Let's talk it over -- there are so many great conversation starters!
