Spring Forward with Delicious Vegan Soups + Stews
Add beat back to your step and nourishment to your body with fresh homemade herbal soups + stews. Learn the three keys to making easy, flavorful soups so that you can stock your fridge and come home to REAL home-cooked food after that long day at work.
We'll teach you techniques (some that take mere minutes!) that enhance the textures and flavors of the ingredients. Velvety, soothing, purées, for example, are an excellent way to prepare a vibrant spring soup. Create lunch meals that keep you powered-up (not loaded-down) and prevent the post-work 5pm sugar snack-attack!
Each participant will walk away with a booklet that includes the five class recipes with added nutritional tips.
