Beer for Breakfast at The Pearl
The Pearl Hotel and Ballast Point Brewing Company have teamed up to create a beer brunch that is sure to enlighten your senses. Four delectable stations of palette pleasing food and brew pairings will be available.
Presale tickets are $30 or $35 at the door on the day of the event. Guests can also opt to purchase tickets for individual stations as well for $10 per station.
This is a unique opportunity to sample some of the most premier beers in San Diego with some enticing brunch favorites.

Pairing 1 - Victory at Sea
Pearl coffee cake with a blood orange marscarpone cream and candied walnuts
Pairing 2 - Sour Wench
Con pan brioche french toast stuffed with a wild berry compote and creme anglaise
Pairing 3 - Sculpin IPA
California rock shrimp and grits with veal demi and heirloom pepper trio
Pairing 4 - Wahoo Wheat
House made sausage with local baby pumpkin scramble
Special - Red Snapper - $5
Ballast Point bloody mary mix with gin
