Stories Among the Stars: Science and Stories of the Spring Equinox
Saturday, March 21, 2015, join the Southern Order of Storytellers under the planetarium sky for tales of spring stars. At 3 p.m. we'll explore both the science and the stories.
For thousands of years, humans have observed the sky and told stories of what they see. They noticed different star patterns during different seasons. Fernbank Science Center offers a chance to see those spring stars and hear their stories.
Southern Order of Storytellers bring their talent: Bill and Jill Brown, Gwendolyn Napier, Denise Mount and Marvel Micheale.
