We will taste our way through Tiki history, meeting Don the Beachcomber, Trader Vic and their signature creations, the Zombie and the Mai Tai.
Learn the basics of modern cocktail making and the secrets and techniques of home bartending.
Join us at Forbidden Island on Sunday Nov. 7 12-3 for a lecture, presentation and hands-on participation in Tiki Bar culture and tropical drinks.
