Butchery Workshop & Dinner with Matt Ridgway of PorcSalt.
The workshop begins at 2:00 pm with a discussion on traditional butchery methods, hands on breaking down of lamb, pork and duck, and sausage making.
At 5:30 pm Guests will arrive for dinner in the Barn at Linden Hill Gardens. The menu will be prepared by Matt Ridgway featuring seafood from his business partner's organization River & Glen as well as produce from the Ottsville Farmers Market and his own traditional charcuterie from Porc Salt.
