Experience Cooking in Maine with Sandi Knapp
Sandi Knapp is well-known in Central Illinois for her Italian heritage and cuisine. An avid world-traveler, Sandi engages in culinary learning experiences wherever she goes including extensive training in Europe and Asia. She shares her talents through cooking classes and private dining. As restauranteurs, Sandi and Bob long held the record for having the most popular dining experience in Bloomington, Illinois. Each class will include 4-6 amazing recipes: Sandi's Family - Homemade Pastas & Sauces (will be taught at Cellardoor Winery), Sandi's Pastry Favorites Sweet & Savory (will be taught at Dolce Vita Farm), and Sandi's Cooking with Seafood (will be taught at the Belfast Breeze Inn).
Tuition Includes: Instructional costs for three 3-hour class sessions with two lunches and one dinner included as well as the Welcome Lobster Dinner with Live Music at Bay Leaf Bistro. $249/per participant.
Cooking Class Group Size: 16 max. in class spouses and guests not taking the class are welcome to join the welcome Maine lobster dinner and end of class seafood dinner ($60 fee per person)
