Teaching Dinner at the Imagine Food Space
"The Best Of" Teaching Dinner Series
In this teaching dinner series Maxime Bilet--coauthor of "Modernist Cuisine," will teach you the secrets to creating intense flavor using modern techniques for the home kitchen. We'll present the bounty of the seasons, as well as our latest creations. The taste and techniques will constantly be changing!
Participants will enjoy a series of 10 tastes which they will have a hand in helping create, while Maxime, Seth, and Zach demonstrate methods new to most students. The teaching model we have adopted at Imagine Food is based on fully immersing our guests into the mindful insights, sensory explorations, and hands on experiences of great cooking-the keyword being cooking! While things like knife skills are important, we want to focus on the actual making of the dish, the flavors, textures, and chemistry, not the prep. No chopping onions here!
Wine and gratuities included.
Doors will open at 7 pm, and the class runs from 7-10 pm.
To comply with Washington food laws, we can only serve dinners at private events to members. Free membership is obtained by joining our mailing list. You will be enrolled with the email address you provide when purchasing, and may unsubscribe at any point. Thank you!
