Wes Cecil PhD. and Chef Arran Stark will present an evening of food and fun at the Fort Worden Kitchen Shelter with a BBQ and the history of Cabbage.
Chef Stark will demonstrate cooking methods and techniques associated with the world's most productive vegetable and Wes Cecil PhD. will provide a tour through the history and influence of this unique food. Specially designed courses will be served to let you taste history as the cabbage passes from Asia with the Celts to the new word.Craft wine and beer will be available.
