Traditionally made hard ciders are an essential part of many international food cultures. Come taste ciders from Chile, Spain, Massachusetts, Vermont and Maine.
We'll serve delicious small plates of food alongside, prepared by Rosemont Chef Brad Messier, which will show how versatile and harmonious cider is at the dinner table. From still to sparkling, from disarmingly dry to subtly sweet, the spectrum is broad, fascinating and delicious!
