Director Maureen Towey teams up with Playwright/Performer Dan Hoyle to engage with the members of the organization Community Action for Safe Apartments, a project of New Settlement Community Apartments in the Concourse Highbridge neighborhood of The Bronx. They are looking at how the power of community organizing can transform the lives of community residents.
